SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time . ORDERS CONFIRMED BEFORE 11:00 AM PST during normal business hours will be shipped same day. ORDERS CONFIRMED AFTER 11:00 AM PST will be shipped the following business day. During holidays and weekends orders will be shipped out the next available business day.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship our packages via USPS. USPS tracking ends once the package reaches the destination country. At this point it is marked as delivered.  If you have a USPS package marked as delivered but haven’t received it, please contact your local mail facility.

International orders will arrive within 15-20 business days, depending on customs. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. You, the customer are responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by your country of residence.

Country Archer is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Country Archer to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your county’s customs office to determine these charges.

 

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS:

In the event your order is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, unclaimed or refused, our staff will contact you via phone or email to try and correct the problem. You will be required to pay additional shipping costs. If the package is returned after a 2nd attempt, you may be asked to use a different shipping address. You may also cancel your order. Cancelled orders will be refunded minus all shipping fees.

 

RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with our product, for any reason, we will provide you with a replacement immediately. Please contact us at orders@countryarcher.com with questions/concerns/returns.
