If I sign up for a subscription, will it renew automatically?
Yes, we recommend subscriptions at a month recurring renewal but you can choose to renew up to every 4 months.
How do I access my subscription page?
Simply login to your account via the account link in our main menu.
How do I make changes to my subscription?
You can make changes to your subscription at any time by visiting your customer portal by logging into your account found in our menu or you can contact us at countryarcher@worldpantry.com and we will be glad to help you.
How do I update my billing information, shipping address, or credit card information?
To update your billing address or credit card information login to your customer portal via the account link in our main menu.
How do I put my subscription on hold?
We don't currently offer account holds but you can skip your upcoming deliveries from your customer portal found in our main navigation!
Can I give a subscription to a friend?
Yes! You will need to manage their subscription from your own customer portal but you can input their shipping address to have them receive it.
Do I have to sign up for a subscription?
You don't have to sign up for a subscription to purchase Country Archer jerky but we think you're definitely missing out if you dont :)
When will I be charged?
You will be charged when you first make your subscription purchase and then again 1 month, 2 months, 3 months or 4 months from that date based on the frequency you set your subscription renewal to.
